Check your usage history before choosing a tier

Even when accessing the same international websites, reading, transferring files, and streaming video continuously use different amounts of data. If this is your first plan, list your main activities and then check your usage in the panel. More devices don’t automatically mean you need a higher tier. What matters is their combined data usage and how regularly you use them.

If your needs are fairly consistent each month, a monthly plan may better match your routine. If you have long gaps between projects, compare the data pack’s no-expiry policy. Before switching or combining options, check your account status and order details in the panel. Don’t assume allowances will stack or convert automatically.

From choosing a plan to checking your account

Select “Choose this plan” on a plan card to open the plans page in the panel. If you aren’t signed in, complete the account steps first, then check the plan name, data allowance, billing method, and price. Pay close attention to the difference between monthly plans and data packs; similar allowances don’t mean the rules are the same.

Choose a payment method and follow the instructions on the order page. For USDT payments, carefully check the network, address, and amount shown on the payment page. Don’t rely on an old screenshot or past transaction details. Continue only after confirming the information matches.

After paying, return to the panel to check the order status and plan details in your account, then open the subscription or client section. If your payment record doesn’t match the panel status, keep the relevant records, confirm you’re in the right account, and submit the order details in a support ticket. If the status hasn’t been confirmed, find out why before taking further action to avoid duplicate transactions.

REFUND POLICY

7-day no-questions-asked refunds

The refund policy is a service term you can review before choosing a plan; it doesn’t replace a connection test. After activation, test the service on your usual devices and networks. Check that you can import the subscription, select a route, and access the websites you need.

Request a refund through a panel support ticket

To request a refund, sign in to the panel, open a support ticket, clearly explain your request, and include the relevant order details. Check the plan name, payment status, and order record so information from other orders isn’t included by mistake. Don’t share your password or subscription link publicly.

How much do VPNYR plans cost?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Use the data at your own pace; it never expires. Monthly plans and data packs are billed differently, so consider whether your usage is steady before choosing.

How many devices can I use at the same time?

There’s no device limit. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported; import your subscription using the client for each device. Unlimited devices means there’s no limit on devices connected at the same time—not unlimited data. Choose a plan based on your combined usage across devices.

What is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 7 days, no questions asked. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, explain your request, and include the relevant order details. Check your order and payment status before submitting. See the Terms of Service for eligibility, and follow your request in the panel.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. In the user panel, choose a plan and check the amount and billing method, then follow the order page instructions to pay. After payment, return to the panel and check your order and account status. If the status doesn’t match, keep your payment record and explain the issue in a support ticket.

When does monthly plan data reset, and how are upgrades calculated?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the day you activated the plan. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. The reset date isn’t the first day of the calendar month. Before upgrading, check your current plan and the prorated amount in the panel.

Do data packs expire if I don’t use them for a long time?

Data packs never expire and remain available until used. They don’t reset monthly or provide a recurring monthly allowance. If you use them intermittently, keep an eye on your remaining data; for steady usage, compare them with a monthly plan and choose what fits your routine.
